Getting started on a new exercise regime is a daunting prospect. You know it’ll hurt, you know you’ll have to drag yourself there on occasion and the prospect of spending your time sweating. But it's all worth it in the end. here are some tips before we start :)- drink lots of water - dehydration can result in loss of performance. set realistic goals - the setting of unrealistic goals will do more harm than good. don't hope for a perfect body in just a month, give it time. be consistent - consistency is the key to fitness. don't increase the amount of exercise you do in a sitting too soon - this will burn you out sooner and slow your workout progress accept feelings of discomfort at first - it's completely normal for you to feel slight pain or heavy breathing after a workout. don't worry it's part of the process! warm-up - this is the most important step of them all.
