Looking to start working out? here are some videos+ exercise tips to get you started! (Teen friendly)
Getting started on a new exercise regime is a daunting prospect. You know it’ll hurt, you know you’ll have to drag yourself there on occasion and the prospect of spending your time sweating. But it's all worth it in the end.
here are some tips before we start :)-
- drink lots of water - dehydration can result in loss of performance.
- set realistic goals - the setting of unrealistic goals will do more harm than good. don't hope for a perfect body in just a month, give it time.
- be consistent - consistency is the key to fitness.
- don't increase the amount of exercise you do in a sitting too soon - this will burn you out sooner and slow your workout progress
- accept feelings of discomfort at first - it's completely normal for you to feel slight pain or heavy breathing after a workout. don't worry it's part of the process!
- warm-up - this is the most important step of them all. DO NOT start your workout without warming up first. this can cause serious injuries and stretches in the body.
- try something new - to avoid loss of interest try new things and keep things interesting and fresh!
- lastly, follow the instructions of the videos carefully and do what is needed with utmost sincerity and care.
(before starting I just want to say that I'm in no way, shape, or form promoting ideal body types or compulsive reduction of weight. these are just videos for the people who need them and it's a personal life choice. I'm all for staying healthy and fit and am just helping people find working + popular videos based on their fitness goal) with that being said - let's start :)
